Site installation is the outward face of our work at BMB, so we work hard to ensure we have the correct skills in place to achieve the very best final result. Our trained and approved steel erection crews ensure the construction phase of your project runs smoothly, and with a dedicated single point of contact you will always have a project manager on-hand.
All our site operatives are 100% CSCS compliant – our team is made up of in-house installation workers, supplemented by partnered sub-contractors we have built long-term relationships with. We pride ourselves on Health & Safety regulations, which we adhere to strictly with each and every project.
By working closely with our clients as well as other site trade contractors, we can plan and execute all site installations effectively and efficiently. When faced with restrictions, we can offer various installation techniques to avoid any difficulties. Thus, if unexpected site issues do occur, our experience allows us to overcome any problems by providing quick solutions and avoiding detriment to the project.
Our erection teams are fully certified in line with the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS). We maintain a 100% CSCS card level for all site operatives. All site managers hold current Construction Site Manager Safety certification and are also IOSH and NEBOSH qualified; all supervisors hold Construction Site Supervisor Safety certificates.
All erection work is serviced via MEWPs and all operatives of which are IPAF certified. MEWP and crane operators are also CPCS certified.
We understand that you need access to the site for following trades as soon as possible. For that reason we adopt a phased hand-over of steelwork; usually on a two-weekly basis. This allows following trades to progress with their operations and enables you to condense the construction programme.
